AGI Intersociety Committee on Workforce Excellence
The Intersociety Committee on Workforce Excellence is an ad-hoc committee of AGI Federated Societies that works to share society activities, propagate best practices, and address challenges to foster the strongest workforce for the geosciences today and into the future. As a community of societies, varying from dozens to tens of thousands of members, and from solely US-focused to majority international, the issues of how to build and sustain our community are complex and the collaborative opportunities are extraordinary.
All AGI Federated societies are invited to participate. Representatives are usually in a position to make change in their home society, such as Executive Directors, Presidents, Committee Chairs or other leaders. To join, contact Christopher Keane.
